4.2 MW AC motor rewind

This AC slip ring motor from a local cement factory is rated at 6.6kV, 4200kW (originally made by ChongQing Electric Motor). Our customer reported that the rotor and stator windings were burnt and badly damaged.


The motor was disassembled, stator and rotor fully rewound, and test runs were performed at our workshop.

2.2 MW AC motor rewind

This AC slip ring motor from a local cement factory is rated at 6.6kV, 2200kW (originally made by Siemens Germany). Our customer reported severe damage of the stator and rotor due to rubbing.


The motor was disassembled, stator and rotor fully rewound, and test runs were performed at our workshop.

1.4 MW DC motor rewind

This DC motor from a local steel mill is rated at 1400kW (originally made by Shanghai Electric). The motor came to our workshop with burnt and punctured armature windings.


The motor was fully disassembled, stator serviced, rotor rewound and tested in our workshop before being sent back to the customer.

450 kW DC motor rewind

This DC motor from a local steel mill is rated at 450 kW (originally made by Yaskawa Electric). The motor had very low ground insulation readings for both stator and rotor.


The motor was fully disassembled, stator and rotor fully rewound, and thoroughly tested in our workshop before being sent back to the customer.

400 kVA Transformer rewind

This dry transformer from a local powerplant is rated at 3.3kV, 400kVA (originally made by HIND Rectifier Limited). The customer reported that a flashover occurred at one of its phases on the high voltage side.


The transformer was fully disassembled, rewound, and tested in our workshop before it was sent back to the customer.

3.05 MVA Generator rewind

This generator from an overseas palm oil production facility is rated at 415V, 3050kVA (originally made by Stanford Generator). The stator was found to be still serviceable while the rotor was found to have high inter-turn shorting.


The generator was fully disassembled, stator serviced, rotor rewound and tested in our workshop before it was sent back to the customer.

1.2 MVA Generator servicing

This generator from a local hydro power plant is rated at 415V, 1250 kVA (originally made by Reliance Electric). The generator's stator, rotor and exciter are measured to have low insulation resistance but are still in a serviceable condition.


The generator was fully disassembled, serviced, and tested in our workshop before it was sent back to the customer.
