An extensive track record of motor rewinding and transformer repair projects across various industries.
We are committed to delivering quality and reliability in every project we undertake. We take pride in our work and continually strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
AC slip ring motor from a local cement factory rated at 6.6 kV, 4200 kW (originally made by ChongQing Electric Motor). The rotor and stator windings were burnt and badly damaged. The motor was disassembled, stator and rotor fully rewound, and test runs were performed at our workshop.
AC slip ring motor from a local cement factory rated at 6.6 kV, 2200 kW (originally made by Siemens Germany). Severe damage of the stator and rotor due to rubbing. The motor was disassembled, stator and rotor fully rewound, and test runs were performed at our workshop.
DC motor from a local steel mill rated at 1400 kW (originally made by Shanghai Electric). Came to our workshop with burnt and punctured armature windings. The motor was fully disassembled, stator serviced, rotor rewound and tested before being sent back to the customer.
DC motor from a local steel mill rated at 450 kW (originally made by Yaskawa Electric). Very low ground insulation readings for both stator and rotor. The motor was fully disassembled, stator and rotor fully rewound, and thoroughly tested in our workshop.
Dry transformer from a local powerplant rated at 3.3 kV, 400 kVA (originally made by HIND Rectifier Limited). A flashover occurred at one of its phases on the high voltage side. The transformer was fully disassembled, rewound, and tested before being returned to the customer.
Generator from an overseas palm oil production facility rated at 415 V, 3050 kVA (originally made by Stanford Generator). Stator found serviceable while rotor had high inter-turn shorting. The generator was fully disassembled, stator serviced, rotor rewound and tested.
Generator from a local hydro power plant rated at 415 V, 1250 kVA (originally made by Reliance Electric). The stator, rotor and exciter measured low insulation resistance but were still serviceable. The generator was fully disassembled, serviced, and tested at our workshop.
